Convenient location near the airport! 🛬

The location was great as it was close to everywhere we wanted to go. We had easy access to King Fahd International airport, which was just a short 29-minute drive away. Our room had climate control, multi-channel TV, and a refrigerator.

Brand-new and big room, wonderful stay!

Everything was good, including excellent co-operating staff and excellent location in the middle of jackson. Comfortable beds, a fridge, a sitting area and a writing table in the room. Excellent service and spacious bedrooms. Location so close to markets and malls and airport and malls.

Convenient Location and Spacious Rooms

The location of this place was great, right in the middle of everything. The rooms were big and I really liked the friendly staff. It definitely ticked all the boxes. 👍

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2-night stay at Durra Taraf 1 Residential. The apartment had a private bathroom, an electric kettle, and a fridge upon arrival. The hotel's location was convenient, being close to malls, central Dammam, markets, and near the airport.

The room was reasonably priced and spacious with parking available. the location was convenient with easy access to the highway. the café nearby was also a plus, with football screens showing matches.

The room could have been more comfortable with a carpeted floor or slippers provided as it was quite cold. the shower space was tiny, squeezed between the wall and seat.

During our Thanksgiving stay, we enjoyed two key features at the hotel - marble flooring and an efficient air conditioner. the hotel’s close proximity to nearby attractions was a major advantage for us. we had a satisfactory experience during our stay.

There were some negative aspects of our stay. we had issues with noise from other guests as the walls between the apartments were not soundproof.

Conveniently located for central Dammam work/stays. Clean property, helpful staff, and great value facilities. Smooth early check-in and accommodating stay extension. Ideal for price, with good size rooms, nearby parking, highway access, and a football-screening café. a pleasurable experience.
